Dining at the Footloose Caboose

Dining is only available for private events and cooking demonstrations.

Private Events

The dining car is available for small private events (up to 20 people).

Let us host your next company lunch, evening party, club meeting, or any other special occasion.  We will help you plan your menu and will try to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Cooking Demonstrations

Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure!

Our chef will show you how to prepare a delicious meal using just a few pantry or refrigerator staples - or flavourful pan sauces to spruce up your favourite pan-fried proteins.

Other options available:

• Preparation of vegetables as sides or as a main course so you won't miss the meat!
• Selection of soups
• Simple 3-course Italian-style dinner
• Elegant dinner for 2

Each demo is paired with a tasting of wine while you savour the prepared food and of course, you will take home the recipes!

• Minimum of 6 guests required
• $75 per person
• Please register at least 1 week in advance
